The food was good with plenty of options. we appreciated the nice and clean apartment. The complex was also well organized. the heating could be better in the bathroom, though.
i found that the wifi didn't work at all. they even charged us for the coffee in the room, a thing that i did not liked.

I particularly enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars available on the hotel. It was so convenient to have so many options for dining and entertainment in one location! The food was AMAZING!!! Silvana offered us assistance .
The mattress in our studio was not comfortable. It was a hard spring mattress. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

i find the breakfast pretty good. atmosphere around this complex felt really cosy. the spa is also really nice it had a great pool. we had no problems .
reception seemed slow. they was unmotivated during our check-in. we had to wait. next time i hope for speedier service.

the complex boasts many playgrounds intended for kids. this aspect made it easy to keep the young ones entertained. we also found the surrounding area nice for casual strolls.

our apartment was spacious and clean. mountain views were very nice too. this added an extra charm to our stay and i enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony.
